We are ISO9001:2008 company located in ISO14000 facility. We offer magnetic solutions for LAN, Telecom, Power, Wifi and RF applications for consumer and industrial markets. We also offer application specific custom magnetics. We are located in Santa Clara California and have relationship with major silicon manufacturers which gives us opportunities to support our customers globally. The mass production is in Far East with facilities in China, Taiwan and Malaysia. We have a capability for small production orders in Santa Clara California.

- Health and Safety Standards: Providing the workers a safe and healthy work environment.
- Supplier Management Practices: Encouraging our Supply Chain to adopt EICC principles and policies.

Sustainability is a key area of focus for Tesla Magnetics and we expect our suppliers to prioritize sustainability in their organizations. Our key suppliers have comprehensive sustainability programs in place and we actively encourage and assist our suppliers in developing sustainability programs.

Limitation of Liability:
Seller's liability for defective or nonconforming Products, whether based on breach of warranty, negligent manufacture or product liability, is exclusively limited to repair or replacement, at Seller's election, of such Products. Seller's assumes no risk and shall NOT be subject to ANY liability for any damage or loss resulting from the specific use or application made of the Products. Seller's liability or any other claim, wether based on breach of contract, negligence or product liability, relating to Products shall not exceed the price paid by the Buyer for such Products. In no event shall Seller be liable for any special, incidental, consequential or other damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, cover damages and claim of third parties, howsoever caused, wether by negligence of Seller or otherwise.
